Pastor Isaac Thejith
Director – Word of Hope Ministries

Pastor Isaac Thejith is a worship leader, musician, pastor, teacher of the Word, and the Director of Word of Hope Ministries, headquartered in Hyderabad, India. His life is a testimony of God’s grace, calling, and faithfulness across generations. Born into a family dedicated to the Gospel, he is the only son of Pastor M. Robert Roshan Kumar, founder of Jesus Speaks Ministries, and the only son-in-law of the late Pastor Mani R. Nadava, the much-honored founder of Word of Hope Ministries. Carrying the spiritual legacy of both fathers, Pastor Isaac stands today as a bridge between generations—continuing, expanding, and strengthening the work that God began in his family many decades ago.

A Divine Encounter That Transformed His Destiny

At the age of 18, Pastor Isaac experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ in a vision, during which he received a direct and unmistakable call to serve God. This encounter reshaped the entire course of his life. Prior to this calling, he had already committed his youth to God at the age of 16, entering full-time ministry alongside his father and serving faithfully in worship, teaching, and outreach. But the divine visitation at 18 ignited a deeper fire, a stronger conviction, and an unshakable commitment to pursue ministry with his whole heart.

From that day forward, he dedicated himself to studying the Scriptures, learning theological foundations, and cultivating a life of worship and prayer. His journey as a Worship Leader and Musician grew organically from his intimacy with God, and people soon began to testify that his worship carried a unique anointing—one that brought healing, tears, repentance, and renewed faith.

A Life Joined by God — Marriage and Ministry

At the age of 23, in 2016, Pastor Isaac married Sister Lydia Sumani, daughter of the late Pastor Mani R. Nadava. Their marriage united not just two families, but two powerful ministry legacies. Together, they have walked in unity, love, and shared purpose, serving God hand in hand.

Their journey together took an unexpected turn in 2021, when Pastor Mani passed away due to COVID-19. His departure left a deep void in the ministry and community he served for nearly three decades. In obedience to God and out of honor for his spiritual father, Pastor Isaac stepped into the responsibility of leading Word of Hope Ministries, carrying forward the mantle with humility, strength, and unwavering faith.

Building God’s House — The Miracle Church Construction

After taking charge of the ministry, Pastor Isaac embarked on a massive faith journey—to build a new church for the growing congregation. By God’s grace and the unity of the church family, a beautiful new church building was completed in 2023, within just two years of Pastor Mani’s passing. This impressive sanctuary now serves more than 300 members, standing as a testimony to God’s provision, the people’s faith, and Pastor Isaac’s steadfast leadership.

A Gifted Teacher of the Word

One of the most distinguishing characteristics of Pastor Isaac is the clarity and simplicity with which he teaches the Word of God. • Biblically rich yet easy to understand
  • Relevant to all ages, cultures, and backgrounds
  • Filled with prophetic insight, compassion, and authority

His ability to make the Bible come alive has blessed people across India and around the world.

His passion remains the same everywhere he goes: to preach the unchanging Word of God until the return of Jesus Christ.

His life reflects a deep conviction: “Ministry is not measured by sermons preached, but by lives touched with the love of Christ.”

Mrs. Lydia Sumani, the President of Word of Hope Ministries, is a woman anointed by God, shaped through prayer, and strengthened through years of unwavering faith. Her spiritual journey began at the tender age of 12, when she encountered the Holy Spirit in a profound and life-transforming experience. From that moment onward, the seed of divine calling was planted deeply within her heart—an unshakeable desire to serve God, uplift the broken, and carry the Gospel to the unreached.

A God-Ordained Life of Ministry

Even as a young girl, Sister Lydia displayed a remarkable sensitivity to the presence of God. She grew with a burden to pray, fast, and intercede for families, women, and young people who were struggling with spiritual, emotional, or physical challenges. Her early experiences became the foundation for a lifetime of ministry marked by compassion, wisdom, and Holy Spirit-led discernment.

The call of God upon her life reached its fulfillment when the Lord united her with Pastor Isaac Thejith in holy matrimony—a divine partnership formed not merely for a home, but for a mission. Together, they share the same fire to preach the Gospel, win souls, heal the hurting, and extend the love of Jesus Christ to every corner of the nation. Her storytelling ability, combined with deep biblical understanding, has touched hearts and led many to salvation, repentance, and renewed commitment to Christ. She speaks with the authority of a woman who has walked with God, trusted Him through trials, and witnessed His miracles firsthand.

A Life Built on Faith, Prayer & Sacrifice

Sister Lydia’s faith is not theoretical—it has been tested, refined, and proven in fire.
During seasons of loss, transition, and responsibility—especially after the passing of her father, Pastor Mani R. Nadava, in 2021—she stood firmly beside her husband, supporting the ministry, encouraging the congregation, and trusting God through every challenge. She helped carry the vision of constructing the new church building, praying through every stage, motivating the members, and working tirelessly behind the scenes.

Her life reflects the quiet strength of Proverbs 31:
“She girds herself with strength and strengthens her arms… She opens her mouth with wisdom, and on her tongue is the law of kindness.”

A Legacy of Faith, Hope, and Love
